Fiscal receipts
from ChatGPT, Claude or Cursor.

Connect FiskalAPI to the AI assistant you already use. Write "issue a receipt for two coffees, paid in cash", the assistant shows you the items and the amount, and the receipt goes out only after you confirm. It also searches issued receipts and makes refunds and copies. Same account and same key as the API.

  1. 1In Claude (web or desktop), open Customize → Connectors and click "Add custom connector".
  2. 2Enter https://api.fiskalapi.rs/mcp, click Add, then Connect.
  3. 3The FiskalAPI page opens: paste your API key and click "Poveži" (Connect).

Before this call the assistant shows the items and amount and waits for your confirmation. With a test key the receipt is a test one and does not go to the Tax Administration.

    Request a test key

    A key starting with fapi_test_ works right away — test receipts with no tax liability and no charge.

    Connect the assistant

    Add https://api.fiskalapi.rs/mcp to ChatGPT, Claude or Cursor and sign in with your key.

    Ask in plain words

    Ask for a receipt, a refund or a search as you would a colleague. The assistant asks before every receipt.

    Switch to the live key

    Once you upload your security element, connect with the live key — receipts are then real.

What the assistant can do through the connector

  • Issue receipts

    Sale, advance, proforma and training receipts — from one sentence, with items, payment method and buyer tax ID.

  • Refunds and copies

    Refund an issued receipt or issue a copy for a buyer who asks again. An issued receipt is never changed.

  • Search receipts

    By date, buyer, receipt number or order number, with the Tax Administration verification link.

  • Usage and invoices

    How many receipts you issued this month, what it costs and whether the invoice is paid.

  • No duplicate receipts

    Every request carries a transaction ID: if the assistant repeats a call, the same receipt comes back and no second one is issued.

  • What it cannot do

    It does not upload the security element, change the tax label or delete products — you do that yourself in "My account".

Questions about the MCP connector

MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open standard that lets an AI assistant call outside services. The FiskalAPI connector gives the assistant tools to issue and search Serbian fiscal receipts, so you ask for a receipt in words instead of typing it into a program.

Not without your confirmation. Tools that issue a document are marked as write actions, so Claude and ChatGPT by default do not call them without your approval, and the assistant shows the items and amount first. An issued receipt is never changed — a mistake is fixed with a refund and a new receipt.

The connector is free. You pay only for issued fiscal receipts, the same as over the API, and test receipts with a test key are not charged.

Every receipt request carries a transaction ID (transactionId). A repeated call with the same ID returns the receipt already issued — no second one is issued.

In ChatGPT and Claude you enter the key on our page and it stays with us — the app only gets access that is valid for the connector. The security element is never transferred and the assistant cannot replace it.

Remove the connector in the app. To cut off access completely, replace your API key (key recovery): any access created from the old key stops working immediately.
