OpenCart fiscalization
with one module.
The FiskalAPI module issues a Serbian fiscal receipt for every OpenCart 3 order, on its own, when the order reaches the status you choose — "Processing" by default. The buyer sees the receipt with its QR code in their account, on the order. The module is free — you pay only for issued receipts.

What happens
Order #1042 moves to "Processing" → the receipt is issued right away.
From installation to the first receipt

Upload the module
Extensions → Installer → upload fiskalapi.ocmod.zip.

Install it
Extensions → Extensions → Modules → "FiskalAPI — fiskalizacija" → Install, then Edit.

Paste the test key
Paste the key starting with fapi_test_, save, click "Test connection" and enable fiscalization.

Switch to the live key
Once your security element is in, replace the test key with the live one (fapi_live_) and start selling.
What the module does
Payment method from the order
Card, cash on delivery, bank transfer or cheque — read from the order’s payment method.
Tax label per rate
Selling at two VAT rates? Map each rate to its label (20=Ђ, 10=Е), and shipping separately.
Shipping and coupons
Shipping goes on the receipt as its own line, and the total is matched to the amount charged to the para.
No duplicate receipts
The receipt number is stored with the order; a repeated status change does not create a second receipt.
Manual button
"Fiscalize now" on the order in admin, for an order that did not go through.
Buyer’s tax ID
Add a "PIB" field at checkout (Custom Fields); the buyer fills it in and the module puts it on the receipt.

Questions about the OpenCart module
Approved ESIR · ID 1609The module is free, as are the test key and help with connecting. You pay only for issued fiscal receipts, tiered from 9 down to 1.5 RSD per receipt, with no subscription.
The default is "Processing". You can pick any status in your store. If you take cash on delivery, pick a status after collection, such as "Complete", because the receipt is issued when the courier collects, not when the order arrives.
The courier collects cash or card and does not tell the store which. So in the settings you choose: cash, payment card or other cashless payment. If the payment method’s name already says it is card on delivery, the module follows that.
In admin, add a field: Customers → Custom Fields → Add, type "Text", location "Payment Address", name "PIB". The buyer fills it in at checkout and the module puts the 9-digit number on the fiscal receipt.
In Users → User Groups, give your group Access and Modify for extension/module/fiskalapi, then save.
The module is for OpenCart 3 (3.0.x). If you run OpenCart 4, get in touch — we connect the store through the API.
The module issues the sale receipt. A return gets a refund receipt that references the original — one API call. The module does not yet issue refunds from OpenCart on its own, so we connect that together with you.
