ONLINE SHOP FISCALIZATION
Online shop fiscalization
without a register or coding.
There is a ready-made module for WooCommerce, Shopify, Magento, PrestaShop and OpenCart: when an order reaches the status you choose, the fiscal receipt is issued automatically and appears on the order. You pay only for issued receipts, 1.5 to 9 RSD per receipt.

How it connects
- 1Download the plugin from our site
- 2Plugins → Upload plugin → Activate
- 3WooCommerce → FiskalAPI: paste your key and click “Test connection”
When the receipt is issued
By default when the order moves to “Completed”. Can also be “Processing” or as soon as payment succeeds.
What the customer sees
Receipt number, QR code and verification link — on the thank-you page, in the customer account and in the email.
What happens to a single order
Choose how the customer pays. The module reads the payment method from the order and puts it on the receipt — you don’t type it in.
- The customer pays by card
- The order reaches the chosen status
- The module issues the receipt and attaches it to the order
Payment method on the receipt
Платна картица (card)
What the module does on its own
- puts shipping and fees on the receipt as separate items
- reconciles rounding so the items add up exactly to the total
- never issues a duplicate — each order is fiscalized exactly once
- writes a business customer’s tax ID (PIB) on the receipt
- takes the tax label from your account, and in WooCommerce per tax class
- skips orders in a currency other than the dinar and leaves a note
- when something fails, leaves a note on the order — the order itself is untouched
- has a “Fiscalize now” button for a manual retry from the admin
Returns: the module issues the sale receipt. A refund is issued with one API call referencing the first receipt — we will help you connect it.
Online shop fiscalization questions
Approved ESIR · ID 1609WooCommerce, Shopify, Magento 2, PrestaShop (1.7 and 8) and OpenCart 3. The modules are free. If your shop is custom-built, it connects directly through the REST API with a single call.
When the order reaches the status you choose in the module — for example “Completed” or “Payment accepted”. For cash on delivery it should be a status after collection, because the receipt is issued at the moment of sale, not when the order arrives.
An issued receipt is never changed or deleted. A return gets a refund receipt referencing the first one — that is one API call. The modules currently issue only the sale receipt, so we connect refunds together with you.
Not for the five supported platforms — the module installs like any other, and setup is an API key and a status choice. You need a developer only if the shop is custom-built and you want to connect it yourself through the API.
The order is not affected — it gets a note with the reason. Retry from the admin with the “Fiscalize now” button. No duplicate is created: if the order already has a receipt number, the module skips it.
If the customer leaves a tax ID (PIB) on the order, the module writes it on the fiscal receipt as buyer identification. Everything else stays the same.
